One Africa Foundation (OAF) was established as a trust by Intercorp’s founders. OAF’s vision is to play a notable role in socio-economic and cultural developmental agenda on the African Continent with a strong belief that Africans can create better livelihoods for Africans.

Our Direction:

At OAF, we engage the people on the ground, individuals, families and communities from all walks of life, poor and rich, dark or fair skinned, rural and urban. We invest quality time to better understand their histories, their values, their aspirations, their needs and their capabilities, their dreams and desires for themselves and all our future generations.

From this understanding we advocate for establishing mechanisms for achieving sustainably the common needs and visions of a people.

We enable the common need to be met by a sustainable solution to better the livelihoods of people.

It is essential for OAF to establish highest level engagement with AU, SADC, COMESA, ECOWAS and other Important African bodies.

• An institution born out of the need to create clear & sustainable non-politicised very long term visions for the African Continent through interactive exchange and participation of progressive African youth with guidance from elder and more experienced statesmen and women.

• An institution developed to ensure the advancement of Africa and define the continents role in the world and universe commonly shared with other nations.
